Vale Creek Wines is a boutique vineyard tucked into the rolling Cow Flat hills, just 15 minutes south of Bathurst. Specialising in Italian varietals like Sangiovese, Barbera, Vermentino, and Moscato, they bring a touch of Tuscany to the Central West, but with that unmistakable Australian edge.
Rooted in sustainability and family, the Woods family took over in 2021 to build on Vale Creekâs legacy using cool-climate growing and limestone soils to shape elegant, food-friendly wines.
Visitors are welcome by appointment to enjoy a tasting on the terrace, paired with cheese and fruit, all while soaking up the peaceful valley views.
